Health and lifestyle coaching

Health and lifestyle coaching is all about helping busy people stay on track with their health. It’s about understanding what habits you have today that support your health goals and which ones are preventing you from looking and feeling your best.

Many tools and techniques can be employed (such as visualisation) to support these changes in belief and fast track and support the attainment and maintenance of your health and life goals.

Using a multi-dimensional approach, we assist you in creating small, incremental changes, resulting in successful and healthful habits – and leading, at your own pace, to a true transformation.

You may like to join us for some simple workshops around managing energy and stress levels or some quick and easy nutritional cooking workshops. Or you may prefer a more personal strategy with one-to-one sessions to learn more and tap into resources that can make a real difference for you.

Counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Counselling and NLP are conversational style sessions. They focus on achieving better results in specific areas of your life such as your career, health and relationships.

NLP is a cognitive behavioural style of counselling.  It helps you safely uncover past experiences, gain perspective and reflect on various issues or events that may be causing some challenges in your life. It aims to assist you with moving through them easily, effectively and freely, and to get “unstuck”.

The sessions can be run on their own, or combined with body work treatment such as a Body Mind massage.
